For over 20 years, Mr. Bittel has been credited with developing profitable luxury real estate developments in Florida and across the country. He is well-regarded in the industry for his expertise in real estate acquisition, development and construction management. He has overseen over $300 million of high-rise luxury residential development projects, including prestigious projects such as the Boca Raton Resort & Club, The Heritage on Main in Vail, Aspen Ridge Village in Park City, and The Ritz Carlton Condominiums and Villas in Naples.

Under Mr. Bittel’s leadership, TerraNova has also built a reputation for being an industry leader in restoring classical architecture. The company has pioneered the concept of adaptive reuse development by developing buildings that utilize existing buildings or structures to create something new and unique. This unique approach forms the foundation for the company’s current focus on adaptive reuse and historic preservation.

Bittel has provided financial support for several local charities in Naples, including The Three Unions Community Center and The Sorrento Center for Hospice & Palliative Care.

Mr. Bittel currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Naples Children’s Cancer Foundation, Inc. He is on the Board of Directors for NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners).
