Alliance Defending Freedom makes it their priority to provide a legal commitment to many individual rights that all are able to enjoy. Some of these include the rights as a parent, sanctity, freedom of speech, and freedom of religion.

Alliance came to life in 1994 by Christian leaders. Many of the leaders of Alliance Defending Freedom are Christian believers who are happy to provide assistance to other religions, such as Jews, Mormons, and Muslims. We recognize religious freedoms that all are able to enjoy. On the ADF campus, we work hard to ensure that all enjoy the freedom of speech by legally representing many religions as well as libertarians, pro-life, conservatives, and many others.

On an international level, Alliance Defending Freedom collaborates with other nations to prevent genocide of many minorities, Yazidis, Christians, and Muslims. Below are the areas where Alliance Defending Freedom practices the most.to ensure individual rights are upheld.

Representing Freedom of Religion

The freedom of religion is highly represented by ADF and we strongly ensure that this freedom is protected no matter what the religion is.

Representing the Freedom of Speech

ADF makes certain that freedom of speech is observed throughout the educational system to ensure that ideas are expressed through the views and issues that are debated. The Center for Academic Freedom of the ADF has successfully defended students’ right to express themselves freely in over 400 cases.

Representing Advocacy

Alliance provides a huge amount of support for advocating supreme court cases and remains to be successful.

Ensuring the Rights of Parents

Parental rights are also represented by ADF to ensure that children remain in a healthy home and that their upbringing is appropriate.

Ensure Right to Choose

Along with many other rights, ADF ensures that a woman’s right to choose to have a baby is upheld and that courts work to keep women protected from the time they decide to conceive a child.
