Lastly, he spends 10 minutes in devotion or reflection, connecting with a higher power or oneself in silent contemplation.

He follows a four-step method inspired by the ancient text Arthashastra to achieve self-realization, a state similar to flow. These steps are Viveka (discernment), Vichara (research and analysis), Ne ti (extreme focus), and Vairagya (becoming the flow).
