Launch House

Launch House is the social club helping aspiring entrepreneurs get ahead. Its members include people just starting out in their careers and those who’ve already achieved success. It offers exclusive residences, events, and experiences to help them achieve higher levels of impact. Its communities comprise founders, engineers, designers, marketers, and investors working together to build the future.

Launch House, the premier membership community for leading entrepreneurs, has announced the formation of its venture arm, House Capital. Launching with an initial capitalization of $10M, the fund will focus on investing in seed-stage companies in the company network and other high-growth, early-stage businesses. With a mission to make the world a better place through entrepreneurship, House Capital is committed to building a robust ecosystem of entrepreneurs who can scale their ventures across multiple geographies, industries, and markets.

Launched by Michael Houck, Jacob Peters, and Brett Goldstein, House Capital, supports entrepreneurs in establishing new companies. They believe in giving back to those who help them succeed. In addition to helping startups raise money, House Capital provides access to founder communities, mentorships, and accelerators. These benefits provide a unique opportunity to connect with founders and learn about what matters to them.

Since being founded in January 2022, the company has invested in many pre-seed and seed-stage companies such as Coinbook, Ghost Financial, Anjia Health, and more. Within just a few short months, many of these portfolio companies raised additional funding rounds at much higher valuations, proving how valuable the network of investors and co-founders at Launch House truly are.

House Capital is also unique in that it consists of two pools of capital, each designed to serve a specific type of investor. A traditional venture fund invests in early-stage companies through a general partner structure, whereas a Community Investment Vehicle (CIV), such as House Capital, operates under a limited liability company (LLC) structure where investors can invest directly into portfolio companies. Both types of funds were developed to address the needs of very different investors. Visit this page on Crunchbase, for more information.
